01. CONSULTATION

Each project starts with a consultation so that we can understand your needs, lifestyle and budget.

 

You supply us with your drawings and room layouts - we offer our advice and experience allowing you to make informed decisions about what tech is right for you.

02. DESIGN & WIRING

Once a quote is approved we set to work producing your design pack - this will consist of layout drawings, cable schedules and supply of cable.

 

The first fix installation will typically be carried out by your electrical contractor.

03. CONNECTION

We schedule a visit to terminate, identify and test your cabling. The platform is now in place and ready for the connection of your devices and equipment.

This phase is normally carried out after plastering.

04. COMISSION & HANDOVER

We attend site again to carry out the installation of your tech equipment - TV's, speakers, keypads etc.

After setup and commissioning we carry out a handover to explain the operation and use of any installed systems.

All documentation and guides are stored in your secure online account to aid future maintenance.

AFTERCARE

A smart home system is much like a new car, for optimum performance and reliability it requires servicing.

Product manufacturers will release updates, new technology and improvements to their equipment - maintaining your home system allows you take advantage of these new features and ensure you receive the maximum value from your investment into a smarter home.
