AFTERCARE EXPLAINED

Phone & email support - The hours during which we will be actively working to resolve your support request.

On site visit - The time in which we will have an engineer to your property, if required.

Remote management - We will remotely connect to your system hardware allowing us to resolve some issues without having to arrange a site visit.

Remote monitoring - We will actively monitor your network devices for early intervention of any support related issues.

SERVICING

Much like your boiler or your car, maintaining your home automation system will help to ensure the best possible lifespan of the hardware. Depending on the size and complexity of your particular installation we will typically recommend a 6-12 month service period. - Don't worry we set reminders so that your system will notify you when a service is due.
